Our restaurant le Jardin des Sablons offers you a colourful and refined cuisine. Thanks to the savoir-faire of our teams, come and spend a moment of conviviality and relaxation in a green setting.

Our cuisine: refined, creative and fresh

Gourmet cuisine that delights the taste buds, in a relaxing setting.

Since the takeover of the restaurant with our Chef Lionel Lesko in 2021, we offer a refined and creative cuisine, with flavours from around the world and revisited classics of Mediterranean cuisine. We work with local producers in order to guarantee freshness in your plates and to have a selection of vegetarian dishes. These products are then meticulously processed to offer tasty dishes. This year, we are highlighting colourful salads and bowls with an Asian touch. Thanks to his experience in Corsica, our chef is a specialist in seafood and will make you (re)discover his fish dishes.
Particular attention is also paid to the presentation of the dishes, in order to guarantee a complete culinary experience for our customers, both visually and in terms of taste.

Lionel Lesko: Chef of the Jardin des Sablons since 2021

“I prepare a dish as I would like to eat it”.

Born in the kitchen and accustomed to seafood and Asian dishes, Lionel Lesko developed a passion for cooking at a very young age.
In 2006 he became the chef of his first restaurant. His career then took him to Corsica where his attraction for Mediterranean cuisine only grew stronger. Back on the mainland, he will stay by the sea and continue to perfect his dishes based on fish, shellfish and crustaceans. In his creations he integrates Asian flavours that give you the feeling of travelling.

Our venue: a green setting

Located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Portiragnes, our manager Donovan welcomes you with his friendly team. You can choose between our outdoor terrace, surrounded by lush vegetation, or our air-conditioned indoor room. We welcome guests from within and outside our campsite from April to September.

In addition to offering you quality products, we conscientiously choose our partners to limit our ecological impact. Here are some examples:

 

  • Our @turfue straws are ultra-biodegradable and safe for wildlife
  • Our coffee is organic and French
  • Our waste and coffee grounds are recycled in our composting area
  • Some of our products come from our permaculture area
