Water sports at the Bosquet beach
The nautical base of the Bosquet beach, very close to our campsite with direct access to the beach, will allow you to try out several water sports. It is true that in Portiragnes we have the chance to have a little bit of everything: Jet ski, buoy, paddle, banana, boat rental with or without licence. With these towed buoys, it is certain that you will have a lot of thrills.
Canoë rapido
Do you like thrills and water activities? Come and recharge your batteries in a beautiful natural setting and enjoy the courses offered by Canoe rapido, which are accessible to all. Canoe, Kayak, Paddle, you choose your boat and launch yourself in the Hérault. This nautical base assures you of invigorating sensations between the garrigues and the Mediterranean. Located 5 km from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, enjoy visiting this charming village, classified as the most beautiful village in France.
Azimut aventures
Only 5 minutes from our family campsite on the Mediterranean coast at Les Sablons in Portiragnes, the azimut adventures park offers you crazy adventures. A 14-metre high climbing tower, 17 tree climbing courses, 700 metres of zipline, this is a rough summary of what awaits you. The less adventurous will be satisfied with the scooter courses, while others will try their hand at canyoning. But for all, it will be a good moment of relaxation in a magnificent rural setting.
Horseback riding at Little Sam’s Ranch
Located in Sérignan plage, the Ranch du petit Sam offers many equestrian activities. Horseback riding for 1 or 2 hours, but also half-day or full-day rides. This equestrian centre, run by experienced riders, will make you experience moments of great communion with the horses. An excellent idea for a family outing near our campsite in the Mediterranean.

Seaquarium
Seaquarium is an aquarium, located 1 hour and 15 minutes from Portiragnes, where you can discover the marine world with your family. Everyone can explore the riches of the marine world in a playful or interactive way. Several activities are organised to allow encounters with the animals and to better understand their ecosystem.
Reserve de Sigean
Only 48 minutes from Portiragnes and our campsite with direct access to the beach, the reserve of Sigean is a semi-natural animal park. There are 900 mammals, 600 reptiles and 2000 reptiles in this African reserve. A unique experience that will appeal to young and old alike.
Camargue Equestrian Cabaret
This excursion with family or friends, 1 hour and 20 minutes from Portiragnes, is sure to impress. Horses, expert riders, a warm Bohemian atmosphere where the guitars meet the flamenco madness, the traditional meals and the conviviality of the great south. Place : Grau du Roi
Barbecue boat
What if you were to enjoy a unique experience with friends or family at Cap d’Agde, 30 minutes from our 5-star campsite in Portiragnes? What if this time, the barbecue was enjoyed on the water? With 2 types of boats depending on the number of people, the Barbecue Boats are small boats without a licence. All you have to do is climb aboard and enjoy a delicious Barbecue.
Sea trip with Midi Cap Thau
In Vias or Marseillan, make a wonderful 2-hour trip to the sea for an after work or an after beach. For example, you can go for a barbecue on the Fort Brescou or for a themed walk.

Amusement parks for the whole family
Enjoy a real family moment with the sound of fairground attractions and the smell of candyfloss. Our 5-star campsite in Les Sablons is located just a few kilometres from 2 amusement parks where the party is in full swing every night. These magical places will entertain the whole family.
The Europark at Vias Plage and more precisely at the Farinette is the closest park to Portiragnes and our campsite by the sea. This park is open every evening and has many fairground attractions. There are often half-price promotions to keep you entertained until the end of the night.
The Luna Park in Cap d’Agde is located on what is known as the ‘Ile aux Loisirs’. In the evening, the sensational rides are full to the brim to get your adrenaline flowing.
Other activities
Many activities can be enjoyed in the surrounding area.
For example, shopping lovers can go to the Polygone centre in Montpellier or Béziers. You will find many famous brands to do your shopping.
Thrill seekers and speed enthusiasts will have no trouble finding go-karting, sprint car, quad or buggy tracks. It is true that in summer these activities are very popular.
Others will prefer adventure parks, canyoning or climbing activities.
