GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION 2026
- Making a reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Reservation, the Camping Site Internal Regulations, as well as those of the Swimming Pools and Balneotherapy Area, which are displayed at the pool entrances.

As part of its activities, the company may take photographs or videos within the campsite, particularly during activities, events, or in common areas, in order to illustrate its communication materials (website, social media, brochures, promotional videos, etc.). By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer acknowledges being informed of such recordings and gives their general consent to the use of images in which they or the persons accompanying them may appear. This consent is entirely optional: the customer may refuse or withdraw this authorization at any time by completing the designated form available [HERE]. The absence or withdrawal of consent shall have no impact on the reservation or the course of the stay. The images collected are retained for a maximum period of five (5) years.
- The reservation becomes effective only with our agreement (subject to availability) and after receipt of a payment of 30% of the stay as a deposit, plus booking fees and the optional ZEN option. No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure*.
- A security deposit will be requested by email and must be completed before the start of your stay. This must be done online via the platform of our partner SWIKLY.
- This deposit is made by simple credit card imprint and is therefore not debited from your account. The amount is €350.
- The full amount of this security deposit will be automatically refunded after your departure if the accommodation is returned clean, after deduction of any compensation retained for possible damage caused, unpaid services, or loss of keys provided upon arrival.
- The reservation is personal and may not be transferred or sublet. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to persons whose names do not appear on the “reservation request”.
Accommodation is designed for a specific number of occupants and may not under any circumstances be occupied by a greater number of people (including children and babies). In such cases, the campsite reserves the right to refuse any additional person. - Unaccompanied minors without their parents or legal guardian are not permitted.
- Arrival in mobile homes, regardless of category, is from 5:00 p.m. Departures must be made before 10:00 a.m. Otherwise, an additional night may be charged.
- For serviced pitches, arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. and departures must be before 12:00 noon.
- For bare pitches, arrivals are from 1:00 p.m. and departures must be before 12:00 noon.
- Any dissatisfaction regarding cleaning or the general condition of the accommodation must be reported on the day of arrival to allow our teams to take corrective action. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
- Allocation of pitches is done in the order of reservation registration and according to scheduling constraints. Management reserves the right to change pitch or accommodation numbers.
- All prices can be consulted on the website (texts and photos are non-contractual), by telephone, or on site. Prices may increase or decrease. When the customer requests a quote, the price is valid for up to seven (7) days after issuance. Availability can only be guaranteed at the time of reservation. The contractual price may be modified within legal limits in the event of changes to applicable VAT rates between the reservation date and the balance payment date.
- The municipal tax varies according to the municipality and is collected on their behalf.
- An eco-participation tax is charged per person per night from the age of four (4).
The entire amount is reinvested in environmental initiatives as part of sustainable development (energy savings, recycling of pool water, waste sorting, etc.). - Retroactivity. The applicable rate is the price in effect on the day of reservation or the price indicated on a quote still within its validity period. Any benefits or promotions offered after the reservation date cannot be applied to an already confirmed reservation, whether fully or partially paid.
- The balance of the stay must be paid no later than thirty (30) days before the start date. If the reservation is made within four (4) weeks before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.
- Failure to pay the balance within the required time frame entitles the campsite to cancel the reservation and retain the sums already paid.
- Booking fees are included in the accommodation price.
- If the customer cannot arrive during reception opening hours, they must inform reception by any means (preferably phone or email). The night guard will handle the late arrival upon presentation of identification.
- Late arrival or early departure on the customer’s part does not give rise to any refund*.
- If the customer wishes to postpone their arrival date, they must submit a written request (email, fax, letter). Management will respond in writing. Any lack of response will be considered a refusal.
- Any cancellation, total or partial, must be made in writing (registered letter or email).
Depending on the cancellation date, the following will apply in addition to booking fees:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: retention of the 30% deposit;
- Cancellation from 29 days before the scheduled arrival date: retention of the total amount paid;
- If payment was made partially or fully using a credit voucher, this voucher amount will not be refunded.You may subscribe to the ZEN option at the time of booking (see online conditions).
If you have not subscribed to the ZEN option, you may no longer modify your reservation once it has been validated.
- Any person staying at the campsite must comply with the Internal Regulations of the campsite provided with the confirmation email and the swimming pool regulations displayed at the pool entrances. They are also responsible for disturbances caused by accompanying persons or visitors.
Serious non-compliance with internal regulations may result in immediate expulsion of all persons linked to the reservation, without any compensation or refund of any kind.
- In the event of a dispute and after contacting the campsite’s customer service, any customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator within one (1) year from the date of the written complaint sent by registered letter.
