Zumba fitness

Our fitness programme

At Les Sablons, you’ll find everything you need to keep in shape!

We make an early start with Aqua at 9.00am followed by Step at 10.00am. After that there’s always the Beach Volleyball, and, coming soon, we will also be starting Aqua-bike classes.

You will work up a good sweat in the morning and in the afternoons, you can continue with African dancing at 5.00pm, followed by “Bums and Tums” or Zumba on alternate days at 6.00pm.
You will be well looked after by qualified training staff who will help you get rid of that “excess”! There’s no gain without pain, as they say!
