We have links with two partner organizations that have canoeing centres on the River Orb and the River Hérault. They’re about 45 and 60 minutes drive respectively from Les Sablons. Both centres are different: The River Orb is a beautiful valley at the base of green sided mountains, The Herault course is more of a trail that snakes and twists amongst the sun drenched rocks. The centres are at the villages of Roquebrun and Saint Guilhem-le-désert.  Both villages are very charming and typically Southern French. They’re well worth a visit in themselves. Take a picture; it’ll make a lovely postcard.
